Terms of Service

By downloading or using DropTray (“the App”) or visiting droptray.app (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use DropTray.

DropTray grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell, or redistribute the App.

DropTray offers a 14-day free trial. When you start a trial you provide a payment method, and at the end of the trial period your payment method is charged a one-time fee of $4.99 USD, after which your license is permanent — no subscription and no recurring charges. You may cancel at any time during the trial from your dashboard and you will not be charged. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices may change in the future, but a change will never affect a license you have already purchased.

You agree not to use DropTray or the Site to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Distribute malware or harmful content.

DropTray is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DropTray and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Site.

All content on the Site and the App itself, including the DropTray name, logo, and design, are the property of DropTray and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DropTray after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
